Water: The Foundation for Limitless Production

  • Guaranteed access to desalinated water for human consumption, livestock, and irrigation, available year-round and independent of rainfall or overexploited aquifers.

  • Water stability that enables reliable planning of agricultural cycles and safe operation of feedlots, stables, or hatcheries with full sanitary assurance.

  • Savings in logistical costs by eliminating the need to transport water from other locations or drill expensive, unsustainable wells.

  • Controlled-quality water, free from contaminants and suitable for export-grade crops and animal production under international standards.

    Water for All

At ARBA, we believe access to water should not be a privilege, but a basic right for living, producing, and growing. Our primary goal is to bring water to places where it’s currently unavailable and ensure its continuous supply for future generations.

We aim to transform Baja California Sur’s relationship with water, from scarcity and uncertainty to hydric self-sufficiency through technology, innovation, and collective will.

We produce potable water from the sea using energy-efficient and environmentally responsible desalination processes. We desalinate to live, but also to produce, ensuring supply for human consumption, agriculture, industry, and livestock.

ARBA’s desalination plant is designed with modular and flexible technology that allows for the production of different types of water depending on urban needs, community requirements, and agroindustrial demands. This maximizes resource efficiency and multiplies its impact across all sectors of the region.

    1. Potable Water for Human Use

    • Direct supply to rural and urban communities

    • Municipal distribution systems

    • Schools, health centers, and public spaces

    • Emergency supply for delegations facing water crises

    2. Agricultural Water

    • Drip, sprinkler, or gravity irrigation for vegetables, forage, fruit trees, and grains

    • Technified export-oriented crops

    • Reduction in the use of well or surface water

    3. Water for Livestock Use

    • Feedlots

    • Dairy barns

    • Pig and poultry farms

    4. Water for Industrial and Agroindustrial Processes

    • TIF slaughterhouse, packing plant, cooling systems.

    • Vegetable washing, cold storage, and processing operations

    5. Treated Wastewater (Reuse)

    • Irrigation of green areas or forest zones

    • Cleaning of streets, yards, or non-critical areas

    • Non-sensitive industrial uses

This diversification in water use allows the ARBA project to become a reliable, efficient, and sustainable source for productive development at all levels.

We will bring water to rural communities, agricultural zones, production centers, and homes where there were once dry wells, costly water trucks, or collapsed networks.

We will not waste water—nor what remains of it. Every liter will be used, and saline residues will be repurposed as raw material for minerals and fertilizers, specialized crops, and bioproducts.

We want Baja California Sur to never lack water again. Not for drinking, not for planting, not for growing.
