Strategy

The ARBA project has been designed as a comprehensive, scalable, and sustainable solution that addresses the main structural challenges of Baja California Sur, starting with water availability and culminating in the activation of agroindustrial and logistics value chains.

Our strategy is based on the following pillars:

1. Smart Water Infrastructure
Develop a high-capacity desalination plant that leverages proximity to the sea and renewable energy sources, ensuring a constant water supply for population centers, agricultural irrigation, and livestock fattening—with competitive costs and low environmental impact.

2. Agroindustrial Development with an Export Focus
Install certified processing centers (such as a TIF slaughterhouse and a packing plant), integrated with agricultural and livestock production units, targeting the APEC market and complying with the highest sanitary and logistical standards.

3. Multimodal Logistics Platform
Build a regional logistics network that includes rural roads, a freight terminal, and a logistics center, connecting the area with ports, highways, and maritime and air export routes.

4. Clean Energy and Operational Self-Sufficiency
lement solar energy solutions to ensure continuous infrastructure operation, reduce operating costs, and decrease the project’s environmental footprint.

5. Public-Private Strategic Alliances
Coordinate efforts with academic institutions, investors, local authorities, social organizations, and international bodies to create a participatory governance model that guarantees transparency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

6. Community Development and Local Talent Training
Promote technical and professional training programs, create dignified jobs, and foster social inclusion so that the benefits of the project reach local communities directly and help curb migration.
